Smoke & Road BBQ is a BBQ food trailer business in preparation for opening in the Portland metro area. Our menu focuses on smoked ribs, generous portions, classic sides and familiar comfort food.
Designed to fit right in at food cart communities with indoor dining and a neighborhood taproom.
We plan to rent a food trailer and customize its exterior to match the design shown. The trailer will require an electrical hookup at the food cart site, as well as the equipment, fire-suppression system, inspections and permits applicable to our operation. We will finalize these arrangements after confirming a suitable location.
